Should we kick the inactive town members?

Some members of our town have not been on since the town was made. The question is should we kick them?

Pros: Possiblity of less upkeep for our town. Access to plots that haven't been used.

Cons: Smaller town means less plots we can claim. We were the largest for awhile but doing this will put us very far behind Nova.

Compromise: Should we just resell the old plots and leave town members in the town?

If they have a plot, no but if they don't they are just keeping the town upkeep higher so i say yes.

I know where you are coming from. The only thing that makes me think we should keep even them is us becoming the biggest town and the more people we have the more plots our town can claim.

I will keep contributing my architectural structures, I have a piramid structure in mind next. Having said that; my work requires large plots of land and the more town members we have, the better the chances I have to expand the towns attractions.
