I won't be too harsh if you don't follow the format just try to include the information needed.

Area of Grief: (Where in town is it?)
What was Griefed: (Building, Chest, etc)

When was it Greifed
or
Found to be Greifed: (An estimate on when for hawk tool)

When you will be on next: (An estimate in case of further questioning or clarification)
Extra Details: (Anything you want to add, comments, pictures, etc)
